摘 要:采用瓠瓜品种超丰8848(Lagenaria siceraria Standl.var.clavata Makino cv Chaofeng8848)和黑子南瓜(Cucurbit ficifolia Bouche.)作砧木,黄瓜品种津春2号(Cucumis sativus L.cv Jinchun No.2)作接穗嫁接,以津春2号自根苗为对照,研究了不同砧木嫁接对NaCl胁迫下的黄瓜苗离子含量的影响。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,嫁接苗叶片中的Na+含量显著低于自根苗,K+含量显著高于自根苗,Na+/K+比值和Na+/Ca2+比值显著低于自根苗。尽管超丰8848嫁接苗与黑子南瓜嫁接苗叶片中的Na+含量和Na+/Ca2+比值相同,但超丰8848嫁接苗叶片中的Na+/K+比值显著低于黑子南瓜嫁接苗,这是其耐盐性强于黑子南瓜嫁接苗的重要原因。The effects of grafting with different rootstocks on the ion concentrations of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings were investigated by using Lagenaria siceraria Standl.var.clavata Makino cv Chaofeng 8848 and Cucurbit ficifolia Bouche.as rootstocks, C.sativus L.cv Jinchun No.2 as scion under NaCl stress, and the ungrafted cucumber plants were as the controls.The results showed that the Na^+ concentration, Na^+/K^+ ratio and Na^+/Ca^2+ ratio in the leaves of grafted plants were lower and the K^+ concentrations were higher than those of ungrafted plants under the same NaCl stress.The Na^+ concentration and Na^+/Ca^2+ ratio in the leaves of grafted L.siceraria var.clavata cv Chaofeng 8848 plants were not different from those of grafted C.ficifolia plants ones.However, the Na^+/K^+ ratio in the leaves of grafted L.siceraria var.clavata cv Chaofeng 8848 plants were significantly lower than those of grafted C.ficifolia plants ones.The lower Na^+/K^+ ratio was the important reason for the higher salt tolerance of grafted L.siceraria var.clavata cv Chaofeng 8848 plants than grafted C.ficifolia plants.
