摘 要:研究了不同浓度的草甘膦处理液对鲫鱼肝细胞内膜系统以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果表明,随浓度的增加,肝细胞内膜系统中线粒体肿胀及空泡化、内质网空泡化、异噬型溶酶体增多。不同浓度的草甘膦处理对鲫鱼肝脏中SOD均起诱导作用,SOD活性随污染物浓度的降低而升高,96h处理的SOD活性先被诱导,而后随浓度的降低反而出现抑制效应。The effect of different concentrations of glyphosate on ER and SOD of Carassius auratus was studied.The results showed that with concentration elevated, mitochondrion swelled and vacuolated,ER vacuolated,heterolysosome grew in the hepatic endomembrane system.The results showed that different concentration glyphosate dealing all had induced effects on SOD in Carassius auratus liver,and the activity of SOD increased by with the decrease in the concentrations of pollutants.SOD activity of 96h treatment was first induced and then restrained with the decrease of concentration.
