摘　　要：在国际经济形势复杂多变的新形势下,治理"空心村",改造农村危旧房屋,以新农村建设拉动内需,可抵御国际经济的冲击,维持社会稳定,拓宽发展空间。要坚持以科学发展观为指导,以拉动内需、改善民生为主线,把握正确方向,坚持规划先行,优化政策扶持,创新工作机制,使"空心村"的治理成为我国经济增长的巨大引擎。Under the current complex and volatile international situation, it may not only withstand the impact of international economy and maintain social stability,but also expand the development space by governing ＂the hollow village＂, reforming the dangerous old rural buildings and promoting domestic needs with new rural construction.We need to persist in taking Scientific Outlook on Development as direction, taking promotion of domestic needs and improving people＇s living standard as main string.We should grasp correct direction, insist that plan goes first, optimize policy support and innovate operating mechanism.Only by doing so can we make ‘hollow village＇ governed as an enormous engine for the economic growth of our country.
