摘 要:基于Slemon等表面置磁型永磁电机(PMSM)的改进铁耗算法,推导了考虑磁体边缘斜角时定子齿与轭的磁通密度的幅值及其时间变化率的表达式,提出了永磁电机定子齿与轭平均涡流损耗密度的解析计算方法,由此建立了永磁电机铁耗的解析模型.结果表明:磁体边缘斜角技术能有效地减少铁耗.实验和模型计算结果吻合,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.Based on the developed iron loss algorithm of surface-mounted permanent magnet ( PM) motors such as Slemon,and so on,the expressions of the amplitude and its time rate change of flux density in the teeth and in the yoke are derived with the consideration of the beveling edges of PM. Then,a method to analytically calculate the average eddy-current loss density in the teeth and the yoke is presented,and an analytical model of the iron loss of PM motor with beveling edges is presented,finding that beveling edges help to effectively decrease the iron loss. A very good agreement between the experimental results and the calculated ones shows that the proposed method is correct and effective.
