摘 要:采用物理化学法和生物处理法相组合的方式,对河南某煤制气厂废水进行中试试验研究。生物处理段(SBR池和水解酸化池)接种污泥取自该煤制气厂废水生化处理池,通过逐步提高进水水量,约40d后系统满负荷稳定运行。系统稳定运行后,各反应池出水水质稳定,最终出水COD、氨氮分别为77、3.1mg/L,总去除率均达到98%以上;挥发酚、色度分别稳定在0.08mg/L、40倍左右,总去除率均达到99%以上。Base on the characteristics of coal-gasification wastewater, a pilot-scale combination system that combined with biological treatment technology and physicochemical treatment technology was designed and applied in a coal-gasification plant. The seed sludge of the system was acquired from the biological reactor of plant and acclimated under continuous inflow. During the 40 days of acclimation, the influence load was increased gradually, and then the system realized full-load running. The system presented perfect performance for coal-gasification wastewater treatment, the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were both above 98% and their values were 77 mg/L and 3.1 mg/L respectively. Similarly, the values of volatile phenol and chroma were about 0.08 mg/L and 40 respectively, and their removal rates were both above 99%.
