慢性心衰社区治疗现状分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨并分析慢性心力衰竭患者在社区防治的现状。方法:临床资料与方法选自2008年1月至2010年3月在攀枝花市西区各社区目前随访治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者62例,男性35例,女性27例。分析用药情况,药物依从性,心功能改善情况,年住院次数,入院原因及预后。结果:每年住院3次以上的患者有32例,死亡10例,2例风心病患者发生脑血栓。结论:慢性心力衰竭在社区防治方便,价廉,但存在治疗不规范的缺点,加强社区医生的培训,同时建立一套体系来全面管理,可以改善此类患者长期预后,节约医疗成本。Objective To discuss and analyze actuality of community remedy to chronic cardiac insufficiency.Material and Methods There were 62 patients who were suffered from chronic cardiac insufficiency and followed—up with community of western conference of Panzhihua from 2008.1 to 2010.3.Analyze their dosage,compliableness,curative effect,time of in hospital a year,cause of in hospital and prognosis.Result There were 32 patients were in hospital 3 times a year,10 were died,2 rheumatic heart disease patients suffered from cerebral thrombosis.Conclusion Community remedy to chronic cardiac insufficiency was convenient and inexpensive,but irregular.Strengthen train of community doctor and set up comprehensive administrant system can reduce medical expenses and improve these patients′prognosis.
