胎儿纤维连接蛋白预测早产的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨检测先兆早产孕妇宫颈分泌物中胎儿纤维连接蛋白(fFN)在预测早产的价值。方法:取fFN定性检测试剂盒(Ad-eza公司)检测112例先兆早产孕妇宫颈分泌物中的fFN并根据结果分为阳性组和阴性组,比较两组临产时孕周的长短及早产发生率的差异。结果:宫颈分泌物fFN阳性组临产时孕周明显短于阴性组(P<0.01),早产发生率(79.76%)明显高于阴性组,差异有显著性。结论:孕妇宫颈分泌物fFN阳性,是预测早产及保胎治疗时间长短的敏感、可靠指标。Objective：To investigate the value of fetal fibronectin（fFN） in the cervical secretions in predicting the threatened preterm labor.Methods：fFN assay（Adeza Co,ltd） was used to measure the cervical secretions fFN levels in 112 cases who were diagnosed with threatened pre-term labor.They were divided into positive group and negative group according to their fFN levels.Results：The incidence rate（79.76%）of threat-ened preterm labor in the positive group was significantly higher than that of the negative group.Conclusion：Cervical fFN is an objective and reli-able indicators in predicting threatened preterm labor
