刺络拔罐法治疗丹毒疗效分析

摘　　要：目的采用刺络拔罐法和西药为主对下肢丹毒治疗进行分析。方法临床分治疗组３１例，对照组２６例。刺络拔罐治疗为治疗组，对照组静滴或肌注青霉素并外敷玉露膏。结果治疗１星期后，治疗组痊愈率为８３．８８％，对照组为４６．１５％，Ｐ＜０．００５，两组差异显著。治疗２星期以后，治疗组痊愈率为９６．７７％，对照组痊愈率为６１．５４％，Ｐ＜０．００５，两组差异显著。结论刺络拔罐法治疗下肢丹毒疗效确切。Objective To analyze the treatment of erysipelas of lower limb respectively by blood letting puncture and cupping and by Western drugs as a main way. Methods Treatment group consisted of 31 cases receiving blood letting puncture and cupping and control group consisted of 26 cases receiving intravenous drip or intramuscular injection of penicillin and external application of Yulu herb paste. Results After 1 week treatment, cure rate was 83.88% in treatment group and 46.15% in control group. P <0.005, showing a significant difference between the two groups. After 2 week treatment, cure rate was 96.77% in treatment group and 61.54% in control group. P <0.005, showing a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Blood letting puncture and cupping has an exact curative effect on erysipelas of lower limb.
