摘　　要：针对胎面压出工序几项设备及工装存在的问题进行分析,制定相应的改进方案并对改进效果进行了分析。认为对设备及工装进行适时、适当的改进可以起到满足工艺要求、降低能耗和维修费用、提高质量和效益、改善环境等作用。Analyzed several tread extrusion process equipments and tooling problem, established appropriate programs and researched the modified solutions. The appropriate modification of equipment and tooling in time can meet the technological requirements, reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs, enhance quality and efficiency, and improve the environment.
