摘 要:机械优化设计是一种非常重要的现代设计方法,能从众多的设计方案中找出最佳方案,从而大大提高设计的效率和质量。现代工程装备的复杂性使得机械优化设计变得越来越困难,利用新的科学理论探索新的优化设计方法是该研究领域的一个重要方面。在综合大量文献的基础上,阐述机械优化设计的含义、目的及必要性,总结机械优化设计的特点,从优化设计数学模型建立和求解算法两方面探讨现代机械优化设计的理论方法和研究现状,并指出该领域中应当进一步研究的问题和发展方向。The mechanical optimization design is a very important modern design method, can find out the best way from all designs and increases the efficiency and quality of design. The mechanical optimization design is a difficult problem due to the complex structure of modern equipment. Developing new optimization design approaches by using new theories is an important work of the mechanical optimization design domain. Based on a lot of documents and references, the concept, purpose, and necessity of the mechanical optimization design were expatiated in this paper, the features of the mechanical optimization design were summarized, theory, approach and present situations of modem mechanical optimization design have been discussed from the two aspects of setting up mathematical models and solving algorithm, and several scientific questions that should be furthermore studied in the modem mechanical optimization design domain were put forward.
