水马达开发与应用现状分析

摘　　要：利用水作为工作介质的液压传动技术愈来愈多地受到人们的关注,水马达作为水液压传动系统的执行元件,其研究和开发也日益受到重视。分析目前纯水液压马达的国内外研究现状,介绍几种典型的以淡水或海水为工作介质的水马达,最后分析和讨论研制水马达需解决的关键技术问题,即配流方式,密封及泄漏,磨损,腐蚀,气蚀。Now the water hydraulic drive technology using water as the hydraulic medium receives more and more attentions.Water hydraulic motors,the executing components of the hydraulic system,receive increasing attention.The current situation of research and development for the water hydraulic motor both at home and abroad was analyzed.Several kinds of typical water hydraulic motors using tap water or sea water as the working media were introduced.The key works to be done in the research of water hydraulic motor were analyzed which were distribution mode,sealing and leakage,wearing,corroding and cavitation.
