摘　　要：目的：讨论一种改良术式治疗儿童Madelung的治疗效果。方法：选取典型病材,按预设计手术方案,行桡骨远端尺侧张开式截骨、楔形植骨延长加截骨两端外翻张力固定。术后随访,了解症状及体征等变化,评定疗效。结果：术后随访1~3年,5例8个腕关节畸形外观全部改善,疼痛症状消失,活动范围加大,效果良好。结论：本手术方法治疗Madelung对消除畸形,改善症状、减少疼痛、预防复发有较好的疗效。Objective：To explore an improved operation method of treating Madelung deformity.Methods：After the selection of special cases,the wristes with Madelung deformities were treated with the open osteotomy and lengthening of radius on ulnaris side,followed by valgus tension cross fixation.The follow-up and evaluation of the therapy effect were carried out.Results According to 1～3 years follow-up,all wristes with Madelung deformities had great improved in range-of-motion evaluation,symptom,gross appearance.Conclusions：This method of treating Madelung deformities was proved to be effective in corretting deformities,releasing pain,improving function and relapse prevention.
