摘  要:观察小鼠骨骼肌乳酸代谢在模拟高原训练返回平原后的变化趋势,对高原训练影响机体运动能力的机理进行初步研究。结果显示:模拟高原训练(2300±50m)4周后小鼠骨骼肌乳酸代谢明显改善,表现在以相同强度运动时,高原的乳酸值(BLa & MLa)明显高于平原,以及高原训练后乳酸浓度下降,逐渐接近平原安静值。推测原因可能是(1)乳酸的生成延迟;(2)乳酸的消除能力增强;(3)缓冲系统功能提高。提示高原训练不仅提高了骨骼肌有氧代谢潜能,而且也发展了无氧代谢能力。In order to study the mechanism of altitude training effects on performance,an change tendecy of lactic acid in mice skele- tal muscles was made after a simulating moderate altitude training.The results showed that after four-week simulating moderate altitude(2300 ± 50m.)training lactic acid metabolism off mice skeletal muscles improved obviously . Mla and Bla levels in tha altitude training were much higher than those at plain with the same intensity. The post concentration of lactic acid after training decreased gradually. It was nearly close to the post concentration determined at plain by the end of the training period. It might be explained by: ①delaying of lactic acid producing;②enhanced removal of lactic acid;③improved buffer system. All these suggested that moderate altitude training might improve capacities of skeletal muscles both in aerobic and anaerobic metabolisms.
