A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀治疗局限性肌张力障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀对局限性肌张力障碍患者的治疗效果。方法对191例局限性肌张力障碍患者采用回顾及前瞻相结合的方法 ,部分联合使用帕罗西汀在局部注射A型肉毒毒素后起效的潜伏期、注射剂量、疗效持续时间、有效率、副作用进行评价。结果两组患者在潜伏期、注射剂量、有效率、副作用上差异无统计学意义,而使用帕罗西汀后在持续时间上明显长于单纯注射组(P<0.01)。结论 A型肉毒毒素联合帕罗西汀在治疗局限性肌张力障碍可以明显延长持续时间,减少注射A型肉毒毒素次数,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Botulinum toxin type A combined with Paroxetine on local myodystonia.Methods 191 patients with local myodystonia were divided into 2 groups：Botulinum toxin type A injection group（94 cases） and Botulinum toxin type A combined with Paroxetine treatment group（97 cases）.In the Botulinum toxin type A treatment group,patients had multypoint injection treatment.In the combined treatment group,patients began to have Paroxetine with the dose of 20mg per day after the injection of Botulinum toxin type A.Then the efficacy of the two group was evaluated by the onset of the incubation period,injection dosage,duration of efficacy,efficiency and side effects with review and prospective research methods.Results There was significantly difference between the two groups in the duration of efficacy（P〈0.01）,while no statistically differences in the other obersavation indicators.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A combined with Paroxetine treatment on local myodystonia can significantly prolong the duration,reduce the number of injections of botulinum toxin A,and finally improve the quality of patient′s life.
