摘　　要：根据可靠性设计原理,对液压防爆绞车的机构进行了可靠性分析、设计,并通过实例进行了计算。指出:如果提高主机系统的可靠度,必须从拟定设计方案开始,将可靠性设计的思想贯穿于设计、制造、使用和维护的全过程。特别是在设计和制造阶段,对每一零部件进行优化设计,提高零件的质量。According to reliabibity design theory,hydraulic winch body,and an example is caculated.It should begin from the design proposal,the idea of reliability design will run through the design manufacture,use and maintenance of the entire process.Specially in the design and manufacture stage,it should opimize the design of each component to improve the parts quality.
