摘　　要：阐述了对开式球面滑动轴承刮研前的刮研过程、轴瓦间隙的合理选择和紧力的计算,此种工艺方法不仅适用于在产电机的轴瓦装配,也适用于电机的轴瓦修配。This thesis elaborates scraping and grinding process before scraping and grinding the bisect-type spherical plain bearing, resonable choice for bearing bush clearance and calculation for tightening force, this technological method not only applies to bearing bush assembly for in producting motors,but also applies to motor bearing bush repairing and replacement.
