摘　　要：针对手工抄表无法适应电能管理要求,设计出一种基于GPRS的低压集中抄表主站管理系统。通过GPRS通信,该系统实时接收抄表终端发来的各种电能信息,实现电能数据的综测、数据库管理、动态图形显示等功能,具有数据传输快速可靠、数据管理智能高效、建设运营成本低等特点。A master station system of acquisition,concentrator and management of low electric energy data based on GPRS is designed in order to adapt the request of eletirc energy management. This system receives all kind of electric informantion from the reading terminal on real-time by GPRS.Several functions are achieved,including comprehensive testing of electric energy data,database management,and dynamic graph display.This system has the characteristic of high-speed and reliable transmission,intelligent and efficient data management,low cost of construct and business.
