摘　　要：当前随着非公有制经济迅速发展,非公企业党建工作变得更加重要。为了解相关情况,推进非公经济的党建工作,本课题组对中关村科技园区石景山园进行了专题调研。调研显示,在园区党工委的努力下,园内非公企业党建工作取得了一定成效,但离党组织全面覆盖非公企业、党的活动成为企业不可或缺的组成部分的目标还比较远。课题组提出要从求真务实的原则出发,寻找党建与非公企业共赢的切入点,适时转变工作方式,促进非公企业党建工作的顺利展开。With the rapid development of non-state-owned economy, the party building work in non-state-owned enterprises has become more important. In order to know the relevant circumstances and promote the party building work in non-state-owned enterprises, the research team conducted a special investigation. The findings show, although with its effective efforts, the science park＇s Party Working Committee has achieved certain results in the party building work in non-state-owned enterprises of Shijingshan Science Park, It＇s still far from the goal that all non-state-owned enterprises establish branches of the CPC and the Party＇s activities become an integral part of enterprises activities. From the truth-seeking and pragmatic view, this paper holds that some works should be done so as to promote actively the smooth development of the party building work in non-state-owned enterprises, such as, looking for a breakthrough point to the win-win of the party building work and non-state-owned enterprises; changing timely in work methods.
