法治视野下构建高校学生管理制度的几点思考

摘　　要：制度在高校学生管理中居于重要地位。在法治的视野下透视当前高校学生管理制度,发现其中存在与上位法违背等诸多问题,在分析问题的同时,提出符合法理精神和教育法框架的制度构建理念和制度构建原则。System plays an important role in the administration of university students.From the legal view,the author outguesses the construction of the administrative system,find many problems such as the contravention of the host law.While analyzing the problems,this paper raises the guiding ideas and principles of system-construction under the legal principles and structures of the education laws.
