摘　　要：土地征用制度是世界各国为发展社会公共事业而设置的一种法律制度。本文将试从我国现行征地制度的概念谈起,透析目前集体土地征用制度的缺陷,进而提出在社会主义市场经济条件下土地征用制度改革的思路和模式。Land requisition policy is legal policy set up by all country＇s government to develop social public affairs.This paper attempts to analysis the defect of current prevailing collective land requisition policy based on illustration of the concept of national current land requisition policy.Further more,the author brings forward thought to a land requisition policy reform mode for socialism market economy.
