放免法测定746例地戈辛血药浓度分析

摘　　要：目的 :监测地戈辛血药浓度。方法 :采用放免法监测 74 6例地戈辛治疗慢性心功能不全病人的血药浓度。结果 :血药浓度在治疗范围者 3 2 5例、偏低者 99例、高者 3 2 2例 ,大于治疗范围者中有 1 2例出现中毒症状。结论 :监测地戈辛血药浓度可作为判断药物疗效和中毒的客观指标。OBJECTIVE:To monitor digoxine plasma concentration.METHODS:Digoxine plasma concentralion of 746 chronic cardiac insufficiency patients were monitored by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS:There were 325 patients′ plasma concentration in therapeutic range,99 patients plasma concentration belowe therapeutic range,322 patients′ plasma concentration above therapeutic range.There were 12 patients whose plasma concentration above therapeutic range,presenting toxic symptom.CONCLUSION:Monitoring digoxine plasma concentration might be as an objective criterion of therapeutic effect and toxicosis.
