麻醉导致肺水肿的救治措施

摘　　要：目的:总结围手术期麻醉诱发肺水肿的诊断处理经验。方法:回顾性分析我院1995年1月至2008年12月在麻醉手术期间发生的24例肺水肿患者的临床资料。结果:本组21例治愈,3例死亡。由于发现及时,21例经有效抢救均在较短时间内明显改善。3例死亡年龄均在60岁以上。结论:麻醉手术期肺水肿常发生在手术后30 min左右,临床上只要重视病人原发疾病、心肺功能状态,合理使用麻醉药物,加强麻醉管理监视,提高麻醉者的责任心,多能避免肺水肿的发生。Objective：To conclude the experience of dealing with pneumonedema caused by anesthesia during peri-operative period.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the 24 cases of pneumonedema patients＇ documents from January of 1995 to December of 2008.Results：21 cases healed;3 cases dead.Because of promptly observation and efficient rescue,21 cases improved evidently in short time,while the ages of the 3 dead were over 60.Findings： most pneumonedema during anesthesia operative period appeared in half an hour after operation.Conclusion：If we could pay attention to the patient＇s primary disease,the cardio-pulmonary functional situation,reasonably had anesthesia drugs,strengthenned the supervision of anesthesia management,raised the responsibility of anesthetist,the pneumonedema can be almost avoided.
