高寒地区58例肺结核患者胸部X线分析

摘　　要：目的:总结高寒地区58例肺结核患者胸部X线表现,提出肺结核防治建议。方法:分析高寒地区58例肺结核患者胸部X线表现及一般资料。结果:58例肺结核患者平均年龄28.5岁,男女比例1∶2.24,其中僧侣占82.5%。单纯Ⅰ～Ⅳ型肺结核45例(77.59%),其中Ⅰ型9例(15.52%),Ⅱ型3例(5.17%),Ⅲ型24例(41.38%),Ⅳ型9例(15.52%);复合型13例(22.41%)。病变范围宽、程度较重。结论:高寒地区肺结核的特殊性值得重视,须结合地区和人群生活特点早期发现、早期治疗。Objective：To summarize and discuss X-ray characteristics of 58 cases pulmonary tuberculosis and its relation problems.Methods：analyzed The information and x-ray imaging of 58 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis in high and cold areas of western Sichuan.Results：The average age of 58 cases were 28.5 years.The sex ratio of male to female is 1：2.24.In the 58 cases monk accounted for 82.5%.Ⅰ-Ⅳtypes of pulmonary tuberculosis accounted for 45（77.6%）,Ⅰtype 9（15.5%）,Ⅱtype 3（5.2%）,Ⅲ type 24（41.4%）,Ⅳtype 9（15.5%）;complex type 13（22.4%）.Patholoogical changes were wider and severe.Conclusion：To attach importance to the characteristic of pulmonary tuberculosis in high and cold areas,and combine the region with the characteristics of the group life,early detection.and early intervention are important.
