妇产科手术致膀胱输尿管损伤12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇产科手术导致医源性膀胱输尿管损伤的原因及处理对策。方法:对1998—2009年间我院收治的12例因妇产科手术导致膀胱输尿管损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:此类损伤常发生于子宫切除术中或术后,主要原因包括人为因素、解剖因素和病理学因素3个方面。结论:人为因素是不可忽视的重要致伤原因,妇产科医生应时刻警惕膀胱输尿管损伤,培养严谨的手术习惯。Objective：To determine the clinical characteristics and treatment measures of incidental iatrogenic bladder and ureteral injuries in gynecologic surgery.Methods：12 patients from 1998 to 2009,with urinary tract injuries in gynecologic surgery admitted to our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：the injuries often occurred in or after hysterectomy,and it was summed up as the Human factors,anatomical factors,pathological factors,three aspects.Conclusion：Human factor is an important part and can not be ignored,obstetricians and gynecologists should always be mindful bladder and ureteral injury,have a good surgery habit of rigorous training.
