摘 要:目的探讨血脉健(XMJ)对食饵性动脉粥样硬化家兔血脂和血管形态结构的影响。方法健康日本大白耳兔50只,随机分出10只为空白对照组、其余40只通过免疫刺激和喂饲高脂饲料复制动脉粥样硬化模型,将造模成功家兔按血脂水平随机分为模型组、阿托伐他汀组、血脉健组,每组10只。空白对照组和模型组灌胃冷开水,阿托伐他汀组灌胃阿托伐他汀混悬液,每日0.45 mg/kg,血脉健组灌胃血脉健药液0.4 g/kg,连续灌胃1个月。于末次灌胃后2 h兔耳中动脉取血,分离血清测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,取主动脉进行病理形态学观察,并计算斑块厚度及面积。结果空白对照组主动脉弓内膜光滑平整,未见粥样斑块及脂质点,血管壁三层结构清晰;模型组动脉内膜粗糙、不平,可见大小不等的乳白色斑块,脂质斑块内有泡沫细胞大量积聚和炎性细胞浸润;阿托伐他汀组和血脉健组较模型组病变明显减轻,斑块面积和斑块厚度显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。与空白对照组比较,模型组、阿托伐他汀组和血脉健组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C含量均升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,阿托伐他汀组和血脉健组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C下降(P<0.01)。结论血脉健对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔有明显的调节血脂和改善粥样硬化斑块的作用,其机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To study the effects of Xuemaijian(XMJ) on blood lipid and vessel morphology in rabbits with atherosclerosis.Methods As control group(CG),10 rabbits were randomly chosen from 50 healthy Japanese white rabbits,and the remaining 40 rabbits were induced to atherosclerosis model by Immunostimulatory and Feeding high fat diet for 2 months.According to blood lipid level,atherosclersis rabbits were randomly divided into model group(MG,10),atorvastatin group(AG,10) and Xuemaijian group(XG,10).Except CG and MG taking boiled water,rabbits in AG were aderministrated in atorvaststin Suspension(0.45 mg/kg?d) and rabbits in XG in Xuemaijian liquid(0.40 g/kg?d) for one month.Serum total cholesterol(TC)、 Triglyceride(TG)、high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels were determinated,pathological changes of the aortic were observed and the plaque thickness and area were calculated.Results The aortic intima was smooth,no plaque and lipid points,three clear structure of the vascular wall in Control group.The intima was rough,uneven,white plaques of varying sizes,lipid plaque with a large number of foam cell accumulation and infiltration of inflammatory cells in model group.Atorvastatin group and Xuemaijian group were markedly attenuated than model group,plaque area and plaque thickness was significantly lower than the model group(P 〈0.01).Compared with the control group,the TC,HDL-C,LDL-C levels in model group were significantly increased than atorvastatin group and tXuemaijian group(P 〈0.01).Compared with model group,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C of atorvastatin group and Xuemaijian significantly decreased(P 〈0.01).Conclusion Xuemaijian plays a obvious role in adjusting blood lipid and improving atherosclerotic plaque on experimental atherosclerosis rabbits,its mechanism needs further study.
