利多卡因联合安定在人工流产术中的镇痛效果及其护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨利多卡因与安定在人流术中的镇痛效果及其护理方法。方法 600例行人工流产手术者随机分为:常规手术组与实验组,每组300例,实验组用安定和利多卡因镇痛,观察比较2组手术者的镇痛效果。对人流者术前、术中、术后的护理措施进行调整与统一。结果两组采用相同的护理手段,实验组中镇痛效果显著的有60例,镇痛有效的有215例,无效25例,总有效率为85.7%;实验组的有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论人流手术中应用利多卡因与安定镇痛同时采取科学的护理,有助于获得良好的手术效果。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of diazepam and lidocaine and nursing method in artificial abortion.Methods 600 cases were randomly divided into： conventional surgery group and the experimental group.The diazepam and lidocaine were applicated in artificial abortion,observe the analgesia effect,and the comfort care was carried in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.Results Care means using the same two groups,the experimental group a significant analgesic effect in 60 cases,there were 215 cases of analgesic effective and ineffective in 25 cases,total effective rate was 85.7%;the experimental group was significantly higher efficiency,P〈0.05.Conclusion The application of diazepam,lidocaine and science nurse and help get a good surgical result.
