摘 要:以一座跨度为71.5m的高速铁路钢管混凝土拱桥为参考,设计一座钢管活性粉末混凝土(RPC)拱桥。借鉴已有钢管RPC的轴压承载力的计算方法,从截面尺寸、材料用量、结构刚度和结构动力特性等方面与原设计进行分析对比。分析结果表明,在不降低结构正常使用性能的前提下,主拱截面的几何尺寸减小,能有效减少材料的用量,降低主拱圈的自重,使主拱圈在自重作用下的内力降低,设计荷载也随之降低。通过ANSYS程序建立拱桥的有限元分析模型,对其变形性能和动力性能进行计算对比。分析结果表明,由于拱肋截面减小,结构刚度和自振频率有所降低,但是都能够满足工程需要。One reactive powder concrete (RPC) filled steel tube arch bridge is designed according to the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge of high-speed railway whose span is 71.5 m. The empirical formulas are used for estimating the axial loading capacity of the RPC-filled steel tube circular columns. Comparisons were carried out between the new design and the original design from the cross-sectional size,material quantities,structural stiffness and dynamic characteristics and so on. The results show that,smaller cross section can be adopted due to the high strength of RPC,the self-weight of the arch ribs can be reduced effectively,subsequently the internal forces caused by the self-weight and the design load decrease notably. The finite element analysis model of arch bridge is established with ANSYS program. The deformation and dynamic performance is calculated. The results show that the structure stiffness and the natural vibration frequency is decreased slightly and they can satisfy the engineering requirement.
