湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮的效果观察。方法：将我院住院的60例压疮病人随机分为观察组（30例）和对照8组（30例），对照组采用传统的方法，庆大霉素＋地塞米松外涂，红外线烤灯照射；观察组采用“墨尼克系列”湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮。结果：观察组治愈率83．33％，有效率100％，对照组治愈率46．67％。结论：湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮的效果明显优于传统干性疗法，具有治愈率高，伤口愈合快，护理总时数少及患者舒适等优点。Aim： to observe the treatment effect of wet healing dressing in patients with deeubital ulcer, method ：60 patients were divided observation group（30） and control group （30）. Treat by wet healing dressing in observation group, and external use by gentamycin and dectan added ultra -red ray exposure in control group. Result ：cure rate was % and effective power was % in observation group;cure rate was % and effective power was % in control . Conclusion： compare with traditional dry treatment, the wet healing dressing was better which has high cure rate, fast intention, less nursing time and comfortable reception.
