局部5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评价局部5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法男性尿道口尖锐湿疣患者84例,将20%氨基酮戊酸浸湿的无菌脱脂棉敷于尿道口,塑料薄膜封包4h,以波长635nm,功率260～300mW,能量密度100～120J/cm2的半导体激光照射20～30min。每7～10d治疗1次,共治疗3次,治疗后6个月评估治愈率、复发率及不良反应。结果尿道口的疣体治愈率为95.2%,复发率为4.8%。主要不良反应有轻度糜烂、疼痛、渗液,没有瘢痕、尿道狭窄和系统不良反应发生。结论 ALA-PDT疗法具有清除率高,复发率低,耐受性好的特点,是治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣的好方法。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy on urethral condyloma acuminatum by aminolevulinic acid（ALA-PDT）.Methods Eighty-four male patients with urethral condyloma acuminatum were given ALA-PDT by three times,the effect and the adverse reaction were examined after 6 months follow-up.ResultsThe cure rate of urethral condyloma acuminatum was 95.2%.The recurrence rate was 4.8%.The most of local adverse effects were mild erosion,pain and exudates.No scar,urethral stricture and systematic adverse events were happened.ConclusionsALA-PDT has high cure rate with low recurrence,and is well tolerated for urethral condyloma acuminatum.
