摘 要:针对节能减排、绿色环保的时代要求,研究了纸浆废液接枝共聚萘系减水剂制备木聚萘系减水剂的可行性。通过调整木质素减水剂和萘系减水剂的质量比,优化接枝共聚时间和温度,成功实现了两种减水剂的接枝共聚。红外光谱分析表明,形成的木聚萘系减水剂是一种新型物质,其性能优于萘系减水剂。试验表明,木聚萘系减水剂具备高减水、高保坍的性能,克服了萘系减水剂坍落度损失过快的缺点。In view of requirments of the energy conservation and environmental protection,the feasibility of poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is studied,which is prepared by waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer.By adjusting the waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer's mass ratio,optimizing the graft-copolymerization time and temperature,the graft-copolymerization of the two intermediates is realized successfully.Infrared spectroscopy show that the poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a new mate-rial,and its performance is better than naphthalene superplasticizer.Tests show that poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a kind of superplasticizer with high water reducing and high slump retaining ability,which overcomes the disadvantage of excessive slump loss of naphthalene superplasticizer.
