摘  要:针对锦屏一级水电站进水口叠梁门分层取水结构布置,通过水力模型试验和三维有限元结构分析,对其水力特性及结构安全影响进行深入研究和论证。研究结果表明,工程分层取水结构布置水流流态较稳定,作用在叠梁门上的最大正的冲击压强小于200 kPa,轴向拉应力最大值为5.861MPa,发生在纵撑部位。各部位的应力水平尚在正常范围内,均能通过局部加强配筋等措施解决,能够满足工程正常运行的要求。将叠梁门分层取水技术应用于电站进水口设计中,并提出改善水力特性和优化结构应力状态的措施和方向,使该技术得以在许多大、中型水电站中推广应用。Hydraulic modes tests and 3D finite element analyses were performed for the multi-level intake structure of stoplog gate at the inlet of Jinping 1st Stage Hydropower Station.The influences on the hydraulic characteristics and structural safety were studied and demonstrated.The results indicate that the river regime under the structural layout of the multi-level intake is stable.The maximum positive impact strength on the stoplog gate is smaller than 200 kPa,and the maximum axial tensile stress is 5.861 MPa,occurring at the longitudinal supporting part.The stress levels at various parts are within the normal range,and the requirements of engineering operation can be satisfied by means of measures such as local reinforcement.For the application of the multi-level intake ethnology of stoplog gate in the design of inlet of hydropower plant,some countermeasures to improve its hydraulic characteristics and to optimize the structural stress conditions as well as the research trend are proposed so as to popularize its application in many middle and large hydropower stations.
