农村户用自动破壳沼气池的初步研究

摘　　要：针对农村户用沼气池以混凝土和粘土砖建造存在的劳动强度大、工期长、耐久性差以及浮渣结壳影响发酵产气等问题,试制了自动破壳的沼气池。该沼气池的池体、进料管、出料管及破壳系统均由PVC塑料焊接制作,破壳系统由水压管、回流管、网格破壳以及浮渣冲洗装置等组成,结构设计合理,建造安装便捷、耐腐蚀时间长,消除浮渣结壳效果明显,各项参数符合国家标准。A new design of the biogas digesters had been accomplished to solve the serious problems of the rural household biogas digesters of high labor intensity, long duration of construction, poor durability and the fermentation affected by the scum crust.The main bulk, discharging pipe, feeding pipe and shell-breaking system of biogas digesters are all made of PVC plastic.The shell-breaking system consists of water pressure tube, return pipe, net-latticed shell-breaking devices and scum cleaning devices.The results revealed that was scientifically designed, easily constructed, with good resistance of corrosion for a long time and easy to clean scum.Its parameters complied with the national required standard.
