摘 要:利用膨润土的离子交换特性可处理阳离子染料和印染废水,吸附阳离子染料后的膨润土可进一步吸附水中的疏水性有机污染物。研究结果表明:在75~8500mg/L的浓度范围内,膨润土对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝、中性红、结晶紫的吸附性能差别很大,吸附效果依次为亚甲基蓝>中性红>结晶紫。当添加的阳离子染料量在膨润土1.0CEC时,膨润土对亚甲基蓝、中性红、和结晶紫的去除率分别达到了99%、98%、88%。吸附染料后的膨润土对乙萘酚的吸附性能与染料的分子结构相关,其中吸附亚甲基蓝阳离子染料的膨润土对乙萘酚吸附效果最好。当亚甲基蓝的吸附量为膨润土0.6CEC时,膨润土对乙萘酚的去除率可达91%。A new method is proposed to adsorb the cationic-dyes in dyeing wastewater by using the ion-exchange behavior of bentonite, and further to absorb the hydrophobic-organic compounds with the recycled bentonite. The results show that in the concentration range of 75 to 8 500 mg/L, the adsorption capacities of bentonite vary greatly for different dyes, which in order of methylene-blue〉neutral-red〉crystal-violet. When the amount of adsorbed cationic-dye reached 1.0 CEC of bentonite, the removal rates for methylene-blue, neutral-red, and crystal-violet were 99%, 98% and 88%, respectively. The adsorption capacity of recycled bentonite for 2-naphthol depends on the molecular structures of the dyes, but methylene-blue-absorbed bentonite had a highest adsorption capacity for 2-naphthol. When the adsorbed methylene-blue is 0.6 CEC of bentonite, the removal rate of recycled bentonite for 2-naphthol reached 91%.
