摘 要:采用单因子浓度梯度法,研究发酵豆粕和豆粕在不同梯度替代鱼粉水平下对方正鲫生长和免疫功能的影响。结果表明:发酵豆粕替代50%鱼粉对方正鲫的特定生长率、饲料系数没有显著性影响(P>0.05);豆粕替代25%鱼粉时显著降低方正鲫的生长性能(P<0.05);发酵豆粕和豆粕替代鱼粉的量超过50%时,将对方正鲫的免疫功能造成不利影响。Using single-factor concentration gradient method to evaluate the impacts of replacement of fishmeal (FM) by fermented soybean meal (FSBM) and soybean meal (SBM) with different concentrations on growth and immunologic function of Carassius auratus. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the specific growth ratio and feed conversion ratio when the replacement of fishmeal by FSBM was 50% (P〉0.05); the growth performance was decreased significantly when the replacement of fishmeal by SBM was 25% (P〈0.05); there were disadvantageous effects on the immunologic function of Carassius auratus when the replacement of fishmeal by FSBM or SBM was more than 50%.
