摘 要:针对地震作用下钢桥墩的抗震设计问题,首先确定抗震性能校验流程,提出了单柱式钢桥墩性能目标确定方法,其次根据各级抗震性能与损伤级别的对应关系,分析设计荷载产生的设计反应值和结构设计限值的求解问题,建立了结构安全性和震后可使用性的校验公式,给出了采用位移或应变2种性能指标进行校验的限制条件,最后通过单柱式钢桥墩抗震性能校验实例,说明钢桥墩基于性能的抗震校验方法的可靠性.结果表明,与现行校验方法相比,基于性能的抗震校验方法概念清晰、精度较高,易于在工程中推广应用.For the seismic design problems of steel piers under earthquakes,firstly,the basic process about the performance-based seismic check (PBSC) method was determined,and the verification method for performance object of single-column type steel pier was put forward. Then,according to the correlation between the seismic performances and damage levels,how to determine the seismic response caused by the design load and the design ultimate value of structure was analyzed. The check formulas of structural safety after earthquakes were established. The constraint conditions were given by verifying two performance factors of displacement and strain. Finally,a check case of seismic performances of a single-column type steel pier structure verified the reliability of the PBSC method. It is concluded that compared with the existing check methods,the PBSC method is of clear concept,high precision and easily applied in projects.
