摘　　要：目的探讨PADAM患者补充雄激素治疗的疗效和产生疗效的时间。方法收集135例门诊病人,采用前后对比,分别在治疗前后记录IIEF评分、PADAM症状评分以及雄激素的变化。结果采用雄激素治疗后IIEF评分、PADAM评分以及雄激素均明显优于治疗前。1个月时即可改善患者症状,3个月左右发挥最大疗效。结论 PADAM患者通过补充雄激素,可以改善勃起功能。Objective To investgate the effect and the time with Androil in the treatment of partial androgen deficiency in aging men（PADAM）.Methods 135 patients contrast pre-therapy and post-therapy the scores of IIEF and PADAM,serum testosterone（T） were assessed before and after treatment.Results After Testostrone supple mentation （TST）,the scores of IIEF and PADAM,serum testosterone （T）are better per-therapy.After 1 month symptoms improved,but the best therapeutic efficacy about 3 months.Conclusion Testostrone supple mentation（TST） can increase serum testosterone（T）,improve sexual function.
