摘　　要：为提高甲烷报警矿灯实验装置实验工作效率等技术问题,采用气体分析仪,可分别连接有工作气室和控制器。该控制器连接有气样组件,气体分析仪自动采集工作室内气样,并和设定报警甲烷浓度分析比较,该比较信号输入控制器控制样气的开或关,使工作气室内甲烷浓度在设定值,控制器自动接通或关闭试样电源,试验周期、时间信息存贮在控制器,适用于各式甲烷报警矿灯稳定性试验,更精确和自动化地检测甲烷报警型矿灯,又提高实验的效率。To improve the experimental working efficiency of experimental set and to solve other technical problems,using a gas analyzer can be connected to a working chamber and the controller,the controller is connected to the component of gas sample,the gas analyzer automatically collects indoor gas sample from the chamber,and the sample is analyzed and compared with the set concentration of methane alarm,the comparison signal to input the controller controls the opening or closing of gas sample to set the concentration of methane gas indoor chamber as setting value,the controller automatically turns on or turns off the power of sample,and the experimental period,the time information is saved in the controller,the analyzer applies to the stability test of various methane-alarm miner’s lamp,more accurately and automatically tests the methane-alarm miner’s lamp and also enhance the experimental efficiency.
