摘 要:目的测定无特异病原NIH小鼠血常规值,为科研应用提供参考。方法心脏穿刺采血,Coulter-JT全自动血常规检测仪,阻抗法检测。结果无特异病原NIH雌、雄小鼠间15项血常规指标差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论性别因素对无特异病原NIH小鼠血常规值有显著影响。Objective To determine the parameters of blood routine experiments of specified-pathogens free(SPF) NIH mice,and to provide a reference for scientific research.Methods The blood samples from these mice were collected via cardiac puncture,and then their parameters of blood routine experiments were determined by Coulter-JT Automatic Hematology Analyzer.Results 15 indexes of blood routine experiments were of significant differences between male and female SPF NIH mice(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Gender may have an obvious influence on the parameters of blood routine experiments in SPF NIH mice.
