摘 要:目的加工多孔新型稳定β型钛合金(TLM2)材料,并观察其生物相容性。方法采用激光切割方法,将钛合金板制成微多孔结构。高压消毒后,置于6孔板中,将小鼠NIH-3T3单细胞悬液按1×105细胞/ml的密度加入材料表面培养,4 h后取一片材料做扫描电镜观察。测量孔径大小并做图像分析,计算孔隙率。并对材料表面的细胞活力与形态进行观察。结果 TLM2表面凹凸不平,呈多孔结构,孔径为70~90μm,孔隙率为32%。细胞表现出有足突和伪足的正常细胞形状。结论 TLM2具有良好的生物相容性,是可供选择的喉气管缺损的修复材料之一。Objective To prepare a novel porous meta-stable β-type titanium alloy(TLM2),and to observe its biocompatibility.Methods The laser was employed to cut a TLM2 alloy plate and drill tiny holes on it.After high-pressure sterilization,porous TLM2 samples were placed in a 6-well plastic plate and rat NIH-3T3 cells were added on the surface of alloy materials at a density of 1×105 cells/ml.After they were cultured for 4 h,a piece of alloy sample was taken out and observed under scanning electron microscope.The porous size was measured and image pattern analysis was performed to calculate the porous rate.Meanwhile,the activity and shapes of cells on the surface of alloy materials were also observed.Results Scanning electron microscopic photos showed that the surface of the TLM2 sample was shaggy and porous.The pore sizes varied from 70 to 90 μm and the porous rate was 32%.The cells appeared to have a normal cellular shape with foot process and pseudopodia.Conclusion TLM2 alloy has a good biocompatibility and it is an alternative material for the repair of laryngotracheal defects.
