摘  要:在盐浴等温固定床反应器中,考察了气态空速、催化剂颗粒尺寸、反应温度和压力对Co基催化剂上费托合成中烯烃二次反应行为的影响。实验结果表明,烯烃选择性随气态空速的增加而显著提高,高气态空速不利于烯烃的二次反应;烯烃选择性随催化剂颗粒尺寸的增大而减小,表明内扩散限制加剧了烯烃二次反应;反应温度由493K升至533K时,CO转化率从24.73%增至84.08%,烷烃分布向轻质烃方向移动,烯烃选择性略有降低;反应压力由0.5MPa升至2.5MPa时,CO转化率由51.32%增至97.48%,烷烃分布向重质烃方向移动,而烯烃选择性基本不变。在实验条件范围内,气态空速对烯烃二次反应的影响最为显著。Secondary reactions of olefins in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over Co-based catalyst were investigated in a fixed-bed isothermal reactor with a salt bath. Effects of GHSV, catalyst particle size, reaction temperature and pressure on the secondary reactions were studied. Results showed that the total selectivity to the olefins increased observably with increase of GHSV and high GHSV was unfavorable for the secondary reactions. The total selectivity to olefins decreased with increase of catalyst particle size, which indicated that the internal diffusion limitation accelerated the secondary reactions. With rise of the reaction temperature from 493 K to 533 K, CO conversion increased from 24.73% to 84.08%. The rise of reaction temperature also led to that distribution of product paraffins shifted to lighter hydrocarbon and the total selectivity to the olefins decreased slightly. With heightening of the reaction pressure from 0. 5 MPa to 2. 5 MPa, CO conversion increased from 51. 32% to 97.48%. The heightening of the reaction pressure led to shift of paraffin distribution to heavier hydrocarbon, while the total selectivity to the olefins hardly varied.
