摘 要:目的:探讨白藜芦醇对胰岛素抵抗模型小鼠血脂和血小板活化的影响。方法:30只C57BL/6J小鼠适应性喂养1周,分为正常对照组(NC组)7只、高脂喂养组(HF组)9只和白藜芦醇组(HR组)14只,分别施以不同处理因素,16周后行高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹技术,颈静脉取血,分析小鼠血脂指标和血小板活化程度。结果:HF组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于NC组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于NC组(P<0.05);HR组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、游离脂肪酸和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于HF组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于HF组(P<0.05)。与NC组比较,HF组血小板早期活化程度显著增强(P<0.05),而HR组血小板早期活化程度较HF组显著减弱(P<0.05);3组血小板晚期活化程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇能降低小鼠血脂水平、抑制血小板早期活化。Objective To study the effect of resveratrol on the blood lipid and activated platelets in mice with insulin resistance.Methods After being fed for a week,30 mice were divided into 3 groups,normal control group(n=7),high fat feeding group(n=9) and resveratrol group(n=4).High insulin and normal glucose clamp was used after 16 weeks.The blood samples were got from jugular veins.The blood lipid and activated platelets were analyzed.Results The triacylglycerol,total cholesterol,free fatty acid and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher in high fat feeding group than those in normal control group(P0.05),and significantly lower in resveratrol group than those in high fat feeding group(P0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower in high fat feeding group and in resveratrol group than that in normal control group(P0.05),and was higher in resveratrol group than that in high fat feeding group(P0.05).The early platelet activation degree was significantly higher in high fat feeding group than that in normal control group(P0.05),and was significantly weaker in resveratrol group than that in high fat feeding group(P0.05).The advanced platelets activation showed no significant differences in three groups.Conclusion Resveratrol can lower the blood lipid and inhibit the earlier platelets activation in mice.
