摘 要:为提高花生的育种效果,研究辐射与杂交相结合的育种技术,选择4个花生品种(系)作母本,1个品种作父本,用60Co-γ射线250Gy分别辐照处理母本、父本和F1代杂种,以不辐照常规杂交作对照。结果表明,辐照父本的育种效果最好,不仅F2~F5代的中选株率较高,而且在F4~F5代中选出了8个较好的品系进入产量鉴定试验,比对照多育成7个品系,缩短育种时间2~3年;其次是辐照母本,比对照多育成5个品系,缩短育种时间1~3年;辐照F1代杂种与常规杂交的育种效果基本相同,各自育成1个品系进入产量鉴定。In this study, using 4 peanut varieties/lines as female parents, 1 variety as the male parent and hybridization (without irradiation) as the control, the female parents, the male parents, and the F1's were subjected to 250Gy irradiation of 60Co gamma rays respectively,with the aim of enhancing breeding efficacy in peanut and developing breeding techniques for hybridization combined with irradiation. Among them, irradiating the male parent produced the best results, in which a relatively high proportion of plants were selected from F2F5 generations, and 8 wellperformed lines from F4F5 entered yield evaluation tests, and 7 more lines with their yield higher than that of control were developed and 23 years less in breeding process compared to that of control.
