摘　　要：目的探讨严重腹部外伤的抢救措施,提高患者生存率。方法回顾性分析105例严重腹部外伤患者的临床抢救资料。结果 105例患者痊愈96例(91.4%),死亡9例,死亡率为8.6%。结论对于严重腹部创伤患者的抢救,应准确判断病情,及时处理创伤,严密监测,给予有效的后期护理。Objective To explore the rescue measures of serious abdominal injuries in order to improve the survival rate of patients.Methods The clinical rescue datas of 105 patients with serious abdominal injuries were analyzed retrospectively.Results 96 patients in 105 patients were cured（91.4%）,9 patients died,the mortality rate was 8.6%.Conclusion For the emergency treatment of patients with serious abdominal injuries,estimating the disease should be accurate,the trauma should be timely processed and strictly monitored,and the effective nursing in later stage should be given.
