层次分析法在油田开发目标管理中的应用

摘　　要：在油田开发目标管理中,决策者对若干开发指标和管理指标直接赋权重通常是很困难的,而且受主观因素影响较大,特别是指标较多时更不容易反映客观情况。但是决策人员比较两个指标的相对重要性的大小,则容易得多。因此,根据油田开发目标评价中指标众多、复杂的特点,用层次分析法来确定多指标的权重进行综合评价非常方便有效。In the management-by-objectives (MBO) of oilfield development,it is usually difficult for decision maker to directly assign weight to some development indices and management indices.Moreover,the indices,which are greatly influenced by subjective factors,can not easily reflect the objective situation,especially when there are too many indices.But,it is much easier for decision maker to compare the relative importance of two indices.Thus,according to the feature that the indices are many and complicated in the objective estimation of oilfield development,it is very convenient and effective to conduct comprehensive evaluation with weight determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
