提高医院档案编研工作的质量探讨

摘　　要：档案鳊研工作是档案业务建设中的一个重要组成部分，医院档案编研工作作为档案管理的一项基础性工作和主动提供利用的方式之一。目前医院档案管理中存在编研专业人员素质不高、档案编研工作跟不上形势，缺乏时效性、编研成果缺乏低成本简捷推广手段等问题。对此笔者认为，首先要重视提高档案编研人员素质，同时，档案编研工作要紧密围绕医院中心工作，突破工作局限性，积极探讨与相关部门开展专题编研等途径以改善和提高档案编研质量，还要借助数字化网络化途径进行编研成果推广，使编研工作带动医院档案管理的整体水平，从而推动医院管理现代化水平。Compiling Files in the archives of the construction is an important component of hospital records management, file editing and research work as a basic work and initiative providing access to one of the ways. The hospital records management in editing and studying the professional quality is not high, file editing and research work to keep up the situation, lack of timeliness, the lack of editing and studying the results of low--cost, simple means of promotion and so on. This author believes that, first of all to the importance of improving the quality of file editing and research staff, the same time, file editing and research work should work closely around the hospital center, breaking the limitations of work, actively exploring with relevant departments to carry out a thematic study ways to improve and enhance other files compiled research quality, but also network with channels of digital editing and studying the results of promotion, to promote the work of editing and studying the overall level of hospital records management, thus promoting the modernization of hospital management.
