心功能与原发性高血压患者动态脉压的关系

摘　　要：目的：探讨24h动态脉压（ambulatorypulsepressure，APP）对心脏功能影响。方法：将45例原发性高血压，根据24h动态脉压水平分为2组：Ⅰ组APP〉60mmHg22例；Ⅱ组APP≤60mmHg，23例。应用超声心动图监测心功能，监测左室射血分数（LVEF），高峰射血率（PER），高峰充盈率（PFR），以及APFV（A，舒张晚期血流值）／EPFV（E，舒张早期流速峰值）的比值。结果：随着APP的增宽，左心室舒张功能下降。LVEF、PER、PFR及A／E变小。两组比较，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论：APP与左室结构及心功能密切相关，可作为评价高血压患者靶器官损害的重要指标之一。Objectives Discusses APP to the heart function influence. Methods 45 example primary hypertension, divides into 2 groups according to the APP level： Ⅰ Group APP〉 60 mmHg 22 example; Ⅱ Group APP≤ 60mmHg, 23 example. Applies the echocardiogram monitor heart function, LVEF, PER, PFR andAPFV/EPFV ratio. Results Along with APP broadening, the left ventricle diastole function drops. LVEF, PER, PFR and A/E change is small. Two groups of comparisons, P^0.05, has statistics significance. Conclusions APP and the left room structure and the heart function are closely related, may take one of appraisal patients with elevated blood pressure target organ harm important targets.
