中心静脉置管化疗与外周静脉化疗不良反应比较临床分析

摘　　要：【摘要】目的：评价中心静脉置管在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用。方法：200例患者被分为2组A组治疗组100例采用中心静脉穿刺术留置中心静脉导管，通过留置导管化疗。对照组100例通过外用静脉疗。结果：应用中心静脉留置导管化疗，病人毒性反应发生率明显减轻。结论：中心静脉穿刺置管化疗为肿瘤病人提供了一条减轻化疗反应，减轻化疗痛苦，保证化疗顺利进行的有益途径。Objective：To judge the application of central venipucture and catheterization in chemotherapy patients with tumor. Mothods ：200 patients were divided into two groups. One hundred patients A undergone central venipueture and eatherization. One hundred patients B undergone outside of venipucture. Rusults：The toxieities to patients A were milder than those in groups B. Conclusion：Central venipucture and catheterization in chemotherapy provide a pathway to decrease the tocicities and suffering of the patients with tumor.
