摘 要:目的:入住重症监护室的患者常常伴有交流障碍,为更好对患者进行健康教育和护忠沟通,使用了多媒体技术。提高患者对疾病的认知,满足信息交流的需要。方法:把入住监护室的患者按照住院号的单双数分为两组,一组使用旧的沟通方式,另一组使用多媒体技术沟通。转出监护室时以问卷形式调查满意度。结果:通过对比研究,多媒体技术在护患沟通过程中,具有患者更易接受,效果更好,满意度更高。二者具有差并性。结论:监护室的特殊环境,造成患者的紧张恐惧,需要强大的心理支持和健康教育。此时多媒体技术很好的弥补了由于语言沟通障碍造成的缺陷,选到了护患之间的共赢。Objective:To stay in ICU patients is often accompanied by communication barriers, in order to better health education of patients and communication between nurses and patients, using multimedia technology.
