摘　　要：抗战胜利后,国民党井陉县政府按照河北省政府的要求,编组了地方民众武装——义勇壮丁队(后改编为民众自卫队)。义勇壮丁队为了增强其自身防共反共的能力,同时也为了协助国民党各级军政部门进行所谓"戡乱建国",组建了义勇壮丁队谍报网。该组织在对共产党军民进行谍报活动过程中建制逐步完备,运转灵活。义勇壮丁队(民众自卫队)谍报网的谍报活动,对共产党军民的对敌斗争造成了一定的妨碍和破坏。After the Anti-Japanese War,the KMT Jingxing Government organized local armed -volunteers （later adapted into a popular self-defense forces）under the requirements of the KMT Hebei provincial government. In order to enhance the capacity of anti-Communist forces and to help the KMT military and government at all levels of the so-called＂anti-Communist state＂,the local armed-volunteers formed a spy network. The organization developed gradually into a complete,flexible operation in the course of fighting against the Chinese Communists. The spy network of the local armed-volunteers created certain hindrance and destruction to the soldiers and civilians’struggle for the Communist Party.
