摘　　要：为了满足智能视频监控的需要,提出了一种利用面向对象技术与采集卡SDK相结合开发视频监控软件的方法。通过设计采集卡类和运动目标检测类,在MFC框架下实现了多路视频信号的同屏显示、运动目标检测及检测结果的记录与显示等功能。实验结果表明,基于所提方法设计的运动目标检测软件可以有效地对室内多个场景进行监控,并对场景中的运动目标进行提取和记录。软件代码易于修改和移植,为今后的图像识别提供可靠的依据。In order to meet the needs of intelligent video surveillance,a method that is combining the object-oriented technology with SDK of the image capturing card to design the video surveillance software is proposed.With the class for the image capturing card and the class for detecting moving targets designed in this paper,functions such as displaying multi-channel video signals on the same screen,detecting moving targets,recording test results and so on are realized.Experimental results show that on the basis of the proposed method,moving target detection software designed can effectively monitor many indoor scenes,and moving targets can be extracted and recorded.Software code easy to modify and transplant,for the future provides a reliable basis for image recognition.
